In this strategic game of magic, power, and political wrangling,
the players represent young magicians who have gained possession
of ancient magical knowledge, and seek to utilize it to gain the
position of archmage, symbolized by the Scepter of Zavandor. To
achieve their goal, they must seek out jewels to enchant in order
to devise magical energy sources to tap into and increase their
power and influence.
